Tsuhako Shuzo, founded in 1898 in the Kakinohana quarter of Naha, has rested on one label since 1926: Taihei — great peace — its two circles standing for the earth and sun. Everything through bottling and labelling is done by hand, and on the second of each month the house holds its Taihei thanksgiving day, with limited bottles and time with the toji.
